Furtive Retribution is now complete and published. With the focused dedication of my editors, proofreader, and book designer, we completed the project earlier than expected. You can now find the book listed on Amazon, Barnes & Noble and Kobo, and within days, you can order paperback copies from Indigo.ca and eBook versions from multiple other sources around the globe.

The introduction strategy for my latest novel is different this time. The formal launch will take place in late March, and books won't be available on my website until then. Why the change?

Technology allows me to make high-quality advance paperback copies available to loyal followers like you before printing quantities in March. It's called print-on-demand, and I've been using it for several years. Here's how it works.

When you place an order for a paperback copy of Furtive Retribution with Amazon, Indigo.ca, or Barnes & Noble, computers automatically send that order to a printer located close to your personal address. Usually with limited human intervention, the order is scheduled, printed at high quality, and shipped directly to you from the local printing facility. Two or three days later, you're reading and enjoying the story!

So why am I doing a pre-release to my newsletter subscribers and blog readers? I'm hoping you'll order a copy, read the story at your leisure, and then post a review on Goodreads, Amazon, Indigo, or other websites. You see, research shows that if potential readers can refer to some reviews when they hear about the book during a March launch or see me at an Indigo store signing copies of my titles later in the spring, they'll often buy more quickly.
